Since 2018, Oil & Vinegar has been knocking on The Translation Collective’s door almost weekly for translations of their Mediterranean recipes, cooking specials and translations for their extensive oil and vinegar range. The translations must appeal to a wide audience and be accurate, so it is important that our translators strike the right culinary chord and that no mistakes are made in the recipes. But above all: the translations must reflect the pleasure of cooking!
