Or because you have no idea how fast you are allowed to drive somewhere and so you end up speeding dangerously? And your unintented Formula 1 racing driver impression results in a hefty fine? The app Flitsmeister warns you about speed cameras, saves you from unnecessary fines and provides real-time traffic information

Unique selling point
The Dutch company Flitsmeister has found the answer to that. With their smart software and up-to-date information they already managed to get more than 1.8 million users on board. Their unique selling point can be summarized by their slogan: Flitsmeister saves time. Flitsmeister calculates routes. Flitsmeister prevents fines. That’s plain language.

Translations into 10 different languages
This speed demon in the Dutch tech scene is based in Veenendaal and has big international ambitions. And so we translate their content into Polish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Flemish, Swedish, English, German, French and Spanish. We do this for operating systems such as Android and iOS. In addition, our translations can also be found in the Truckmeister app, the version of the app specifically intended for truck drivers. In consultation with Flitsmeister we searched for the right tone of voice per language. The content is uploaded to a translation platform and our translation coordinators ensure that everything is in the right place and the instructions are followed.

So now if you find yourself in Sweden someday driving the wrong direction at the wrong speed, a timely intervention is made: på det sättet! Långsammare!
